April 20, 2018 - Tire Rule Update
HRG will retain our traditional rule, any DOT approved tire. This includes DOT approved competition tires like Hoosier R7s and Toyo Proxes. In addition, we will allow any treaded racing tire designated as Vintage or Historic by the manufacturer.
Slick tires will only be allowed on a pre approved basis for visiting drivers who wish to try our series. All cars with unapproved tires will be put in Race Group 6 which does not award season points.
